  • Love it! My kids even love it! It is in our regular rotation. I use fresh garlic and fat free half and half (sometimes). I also use shredded chicken instead of diced. You cannot beat the ease and versatility! I have slow cooked, pressure cooked, and done it on the stove. All have turned out excellen - 8/16/10

  • Great recipe! I made this last night and got rave reviews from my "tasters"! Did not do the whipping cream. Added the sour cream , only, before serving. Also, added some chili powder to the mix, and used olive oil rather than veg. oil. - 5/13/09

  • Very yummy! Next time I will leave out the whipping cream and add my own sour cream. I tried the chili before I added the wipping cream and it was good/better without it. I mashed one can of beans with a wire wisk to make it creamy. Very yummy. I will make it often this fall! - 8/31/08

  • I have made this recipe quit a few times. My husband and I love it. If you want to make it a little healthier try leaving out the cream. Take a couple of cups of beans and put them in the food processor or just smash and put back in the soup. It gives it nice creamy texture. - 3/27/08
