Introduction

Light and fluffy custard/buttermilk pie. Light and fluffy custard/buttermilk pie.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    8 eggs
    1 scoop vanilla protein powder
    1 1/2 cup buttermilk
    1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

Spray glass pie dish with nonstick spray. In blender, blend 8 whole eggs on high. Then add 1 1/2 cup buttermilk. Add vanilla protein powder. After blending on high, then pour into glass pie dish. Bake on 300F for about one hour.

Serving Size: cut pie in 8 equal piecis
