    1 Egg

    25g Cheddar Cheese
1 sprig of Dill - finely chopped
    1/8 lemon slice

Tips

Directions

In a ramekin place chopped up smoked salmon pieces and press down. Save a little bit for the top along with a bit of dill.
Whisk the egg, cream, chopped dill and cheese together and pour over the salmon. Bake at 180`C for 8 - 10 minutes. Take out and leave to cool slightly. You can test if it is done by putting a knife through the centre to the bottom, on pulling out it should be clean.
Add the left over salmon, sprinkle over some dill and serve with a slice of lemon. Squeeze over just before eating.
