DRY INGREDIENTS:
2 t BAKING POWDER
1 t CINNAMON
1/4 t SALT
3 PACKETS PUREVIA OR STEVIA
1/4 C. QUINOA FLOUR
2 T MINCED WALNUTS
Directions
MIX THE FLAX AND WATER AND SET ASIDE TO SETUP.
MIX ALL DRY INGREDIENTS FIRST, THEN ADD THE WET INGREDIENTS. HAND MIX, AND SPOON INTO MUFFIN TIN LINERS.
BAKE AT 325 FOR 20-25 MINUTES.
