Introduction
I started out making scalloped potatoes and ham, realized I did not have the right ingredients and started improvising. Very filling and satisfies the comfort zone. Ingredients

6 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced
1 large onion, chopped
1 cup broccoli, chopped
1 cup zucchini, sliced
1 cup cauliflower, chopped
2 teaspoons diced garlic
2 cups diced ham
1 cup milk
1 cup cream cheese, fat free
1 cup ricotta
salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Peel and slice potatoes and layer in bottom of large casserole dish with non-stick spray in it.
Layer on tip of this the diced ham and chopped onion. On top of this layer the sliced zucchini, chopped cauliflower and broccoli. In a medium saucepan heat over medium heat; milk cream cheese and ricotta. At this time I add some salt and pepper and 2 teaspoons of diced garlic.
Once this is heated through and a smooth consistency pour on top of main mixture in casserole dish, cover with aluminum foil and bake in 450 degree oven for 1 hour.
