Introduction

FYI: Almond milk can be used vs. coconut milk both should be unsweetened.

Number of Servings: 9

Ingredients

    3 mashed bananas (ripe)
    1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce
    1 cups old fashion oats
    1/4 cup unsweetened almond or coconut milk (I use coconut as I am allergic to almonds)
    1/2 cups raisins (optional)
    1 tsp pure vanilla extract
    1 tsp cinnamon

Tips

this can be used as breakfast or as a snack or dessert.
omitting raisins or using sweetened products will change the nutritional values This does have 15 g or sugar, however all are natural no added sugar.


Directions

Simple mix all ingredients together and bake at 350 for about 20 to 30 minutes or until desired texture you like. I like mine moist so I cook about 25 minutes.
