Introduction

Steam broccoli, chop
Saute pepper and onion in olive oil, toss in chopped broccoli, season with sea salt and worcestershire. Let veggie mix cool.
Mix up scambled eggs, add cooled veggie mix and shredded cheese
Pour into 13X9 sprayed with nonstick spray
Top with halved grape tomatoes, seed sides facing up.
Bake at 350 about 30 minutes or until eggs are set.

    3 bunches broccoli
    1/2 large red onion
    1 large green pepper

    10-12 eggs
    2-3 T. milk
    1 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
    salt
    pepper
    worcestershire
    olive oil



Tips

Needs Sriracha on top. Warms up great for weekday morning breakfasts. Obviously any veggies you like are good- have added sauteed kale, spinach, mushrooms.
