Ingredients

    Fat free half and half, 8 fl oz
    *Hannaford Egg Mates, 2 cup
    Onions, raw, 1 large
    *Cook's Ham Steak / low salt / 4oz, 2 serving
    *Kraft Shredded 2% Mexican Four Cheese blend, .5 cup
    Spinach, frozen, 1 package (10 oz) yields
    Pepper, black, plenty of it

    a dash of hot sauce or 2 is good to add


Tips

test for doneness stick a butter knife into the dish, if it comes out clean the dish is done.


Directions

saute pan, and 1 11x7 baking dish heat oven 350 degrees
Microwave frozen spinach 5 minutes in a coverd dish.
then drain squeezing water from the spinach in a mesh strainer pressing with a fork till dry

thinly slice and cut in half onion start saute'ing
dice ham add to onions
pepper to taste
DO NOT ADD SALT even with low salt there is plenty in the ham
grease pan
layer ham, onio, spinach and ham in the baking dish
Beat the eggmates and 1/2 and 1/2 together with plenty of pepper and add to the baking dish

Bake for 45 minutes let stand for 10 minutes before cutting
