Introduction

Ingredients

1 Cup Fresh Cleaned Spinach
.5 Cup Fresh Cleaned Romaine Lettuce
A few TBS of Crasins (no more then .15 of a cup)
.5 Cup of peeled and chopped cucumber
1 3oz package of chunk light tuna (in water) I get this in the bag so I don't have any draining
6 TBS of Kraft Free Zesty Italian Dressing (2TBS should be set aside)
4 TBS of Atheno's Feta Cheese crumbled
10 seedless grapes sliced
Directions
Mix all ingrediants except Tuna in a bowl.
Mix Tuna seperatly w/ 2 TBS of the Dressing (NO MAYO) once mixed sprinkle on top of the salad and put the remaining dressing over the entire salad and enjoy. You can pair this with mini wheat pita for only another 70 cals.
