Ingredients

    2 can sauerkraut
    32 oz chicken stock
    2 cups water
    1 can kidney beans
    1 can hominy
    2 cups lean chopped ham
    2 tablespoons crushed pepper
    2 cloves garlic
    1 teaspoon hot sauce

Directions

Drain all vegetables and add them to the crockpot with the rest if the ingredients.

Serving Size: Makes 1 and 3/4 cups soup
