Introduction

A creamy but delicious soup to please even the most picky eaters! A creamy but delicious soup to please even the most picky eaters!
Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    1 can creamed corn
    1/2 of small bag of frozen corn
    1 can of chicken broth
    3 chicken bullion cubes
    1/2 large onion, diced
    2 medium carrots, chopped
    1 medium potato, chopped small (bite sized pieces)
    Salt to taste
    1 tsp rosemary
    1 tsp paprika
    1/2 cup of half and half

Directions

Chop all veggies and add to crockpot with corn, broth and seasonings. Cook on high for two to three hours, or low for four to five hours. Twenty minutes before serving add half and half and stir.

Serving Size: Makes 5 two ladle servings of soup. Enough for two people to have quite a bit of leftovers.
