Ingredients

    3.5 Cups of Whole Grain Brown Rice, I used Uncle Ben's.
    2 14.5 oz cans of Stewed Tomatoes- I used original with onion, bellpepers and celery but use any you want.
    2 8 oz cans of tomato sauce
    1/2 cups of raw onions
    2 tbsp of Cumin, I used ground but they didn't have that.
    2 tbsp of garlic powder
    2 tbsp of onion powder
    1 cup of water

Directions

Put rice , stewed tomatoes , tomato sauce and a water in a pan stir and put on the stove on medium high. As the water starts to boil , add onion , onion powder and garlic powder. Continue to cook the rice , until it is tender but still has a bit of liquid, add the cumin. I find adding the cumin at the end enhances the flavor.
