Ingredients

    4 whole eggs
    1/4C coconut four
    1/4C plain yogurt
    1tsp onion powder
    1tsp oregano
    1tsp basil
    1/3C grated Parmesan cheese
    2 cloves garlic minced
    1/4 tsp seasalt

Tips

I also use this for bread. I leave out oregano and Basil, and make 4 sm rounds in stead of the 2 large ones.


Directions

Whip the eggs in large bowl with yogurt and sea salt, Add coconut Flour and whip until very smooth with no lumps. Blend in onion powder, oregano powder, basil, garlic and cheese. line pizza pan with parchment paper. Gently pour 1/2 the batter onto pans with paper. Use a spatula to spread into 8 inch circles. the thinner the better. Bake for 10 min at 400F.
