Ingredients

1 Rutabaga
1 Butternut Squash
3 Carrots
4 Cloves of Garlic
1/2 stick of butter
1/2 cup of 1% milk
1/2 tsp Onion Powder
1/4 tsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
Tips
This is sweet as can be. I may try this as a filling instead of sweet potatoes in a pie.
Directions
Start a pot of water boiling on the stove. A big pot.
Peel the Rutabaga and chop up into fairly big pieces.
Chop the butternut squash in half. Scrape out the seeds and gunk. Peel and chop the rest, discarding the skin.
Chop 3 carrots.
Toss the veggies into the water.
Peel and dice 4 cloves of garlic. Add to water.
Cook for roughly 15-20 minutes until fork tender.
Get out your colander and drain it all. Toss back into pot turning off the burner.
Add rest of ingredients and get to mashing.
Serving Size: Makes 8 -1 cup servings
