Ingredients

    1 cup Onion
    1 tbsp Coconut oil
    1 large can stewed tomatoes
    3 can's Chickpeas
    1 cup water
    3 tbsp Calcuta Indian spice
    2 cups potato
    12 oz Cherry tomatoes

Tips

Can be cooked on stove top. Bring to a boil then simmer for 20 - 30 mins.


Directions

Fry onions with coconut oil. Put everything in a Crockpot and stew on high for 4 hours or low for 6.
