Introduction

delicious fluffy pancakes and berry syrup to die for! delicious fluffy pancakes and berry syrup to die for!

Ingredients

    2 oz. cream cheese
    2 eggs
    1/4 cup almond meal flour
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp butter
    1/2 cup frozen triple berry mix
    1 tbsp pure maple syrup

Tips

This recipe gives you satisfaction of having real pancakes and real syrup without having all the carbs!


Directions

Put cream cheese, eggs, almond flour, baking powder and cinnamon in blender (I used Magic bullet). Melt half the butter in fry pan or griddle, pour batter in pan to make three pancakes at a time. Flip cakes when they look dry and bubbling throughout. Mean while, put berries berries in small pan to heat and add syrup when bubbling.
Top pancakes with syrup and enjoy

Serving Size: makes six 3 inch pancakes
