Introduction

Delcious on tacos, tostadas, or anything that replaces just plain lettuce Delcious on tacos, tostadas, or anything that replaces just plain lettuce
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    Shredded red cabbage
    Shredded carrots
    Shredded Jicama
Lime juice (fresh - one lime)

make it easy, buy preshredded if possible. Jicama brings a fresh delightful sweet crunch to the mix but you will probably have to shred it yourself.

Directions

Buy the pre-shredded carrots and red cabbage. Shred jicama, add lime juice and mix well. Delicious replacing lettuce on any mexican course. I love it on tacos, tostadas, and with refried beans.
