Ingredients

    Wheat Berries (raw), 3 cup
    *Bell Pepper, Green (Medium Raw),
    Yellow Bell Pepper, 1 serving equals 1.8 oz or about 10 strips)
    *carrot, raw, - 7.5 inches long
    TVP, 1 cup
    *Tomatoes, red, ripe, canned, wedges in tomato juice, 4 cup
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp
    *Chilli Powder, 6 tsp
    Oregano, ground
    *Campbell's Beef Broth Fat Free & 15% Less Salt, 4 cup
    cook rinsed wheat berries in 9 cups of water for 1 hour, or soak overnight.
    Drain off excess water and rinse
    Saute onions and peppers
    Mix all ingredients and cook one hour or 4 hours in slow cooker

We use no salt beef broth, so the salt content is lower
