AFTER YOU ADD THE MILK YOU HAVE TO STIR FREQUENTLY TO PREVENT SCORCHING
ONCE THE MILK COMES TO A BOIL ADD THE CHEESE, CONTINUE STIRRING, REDUCE THE TEMP TO LOW
STRAIN YOUR PASTA AND ADD TO THE SAUCE, STIR TO COAT EVENLY
SERVE WITH A LITTLE EXTRA CHEESE ON TOP AND ADD PANKO
