Ingredients

    1.25 c frozen unsweetened blueberries, thawed
    .25 c white whole wheat flour
    .25 c coconut palm sugar
    .15 tsp ground cinnamon
    2 T. mayonnaise w/olive oil

    Place blueberries in the bottom of a glass bread pan.
    Mix flour, coconut sugar, and cinnamon in a bowl. Mix in mayonnaise until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle crumbs over the top of the blueberries and bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 25 minutes. Serves two.

Directions

Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
