Introduction

Sometimes I just have to have gravy for breakfast! This is my low fat version & a lot less calories, than if you ate breakfast out at a restaurant. Sometimes I just have to have gravy for breakfast! This is my low fat version & a lot less calories, than if you ate breakfast out at a restaurant.

Ingredients

    Tbsp. plain flour, Tbsp. bacon grease, 1 cup skim milk, salt & pepper to taste.

Directions

Brown flour in hot bacon grease. Add salt & pepper. Add milk very slowly & keep stirring, until you've added all the milk. **** Do Not add all the milk at once or it will not thicken. It has to be added a small bit at a time, while being stirred.

Serving Size: makes 1 - 1 cup serving
