    5 jalapeno peppers, seeded
    2 oz cream cheese
    .5 cup shredded mexican cheese
    5 pieces turkey bacon.


preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cook bacon until only slightly done, remove and set aside.

warm cheese and cream cheese and mix well, Stuff cheese mixture into pepper and wrip one piece of bacon around each popper.

Bake for 15 minutes or until bacon is crispy

    My sister makes these all the time and they are AWESOME!! Wear gloves when you but the japs though, they can burn your skin pretty bad. :) - 11/18/08
