Introduction

Not as spicy as it sounds! Not as spicy as it sounds!

Ingredients

    1 large can light tuna in oil
    4 hard boiled eggs, chopped
    1/2 cup sliced jalapenos
    1/2 cup (or less) mayonnaise
    1/3 cup mustard

    Mix well and serve with lettuce or on a sandwich.

Tips

The peppers add nutritional value and aren't as hot as you would expect.
