2 servings Dole Frozen Fruit Mix

2 servings Carnation Instant Breakfast-French Vanilla

    1 can Kerns Nectar-Mango

Note: Any frozen fruit can be used as long as it's about 2 cups worth; similarly any Kerns Nectar can be used as long as it's a whole can. The possiblilites are endless!

Pour 1 can Kerns Nectar into your blender. Add 2 pouches of Carnation Instant Breakfast. Blend until dissolved. Add frozen fruit; blend until smooth. The smoothie will be rather thick, the texture of soft serve ice cream almost. You may want to add a little milk if the mixture is too thick or if desired, but this is optional. Pour into glasses and serve with a spoon or straw for easier consumption.
