Ingredients

    Ingredients:
    Onions, raw, 2 cup, chopped (remove)
    *Venison, ground, 32 oz (remove)
    *Chick Peas, 2 cup (remove)
    *Beans, Kidney beans dark red 3 serv can, 3 serving (remove)
    Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 2 cup (remove)
    Salsa, 1 cup (remove)
    Water, tap, 2 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
    Canned Tomatoes, 1 can (remove)
    Epicure Taco spice- no salt 6 tsp (remove)
    garlic paste
    Shredded marble cheese (optional!)

Tips

I used tortillas browned in the oven with Garlic Rosemary spice from Epicure to serve with it and shredded marble cheese to put in it if you want.


Directions

Brown your meat in a non stick pan. Add onions and garlic paste. Once browned, add kidney beans, chick peas, tomatoes, salsa and peppers. Add taco spice to taste. Can also add Jalapenos for an extra kick.

Serving Size: makes 10- 1 cup servings. More if you add more peppers.
