Number of Servings: 21

Ingredients

    I--8 ounce tub Cool Whip Lite
    1--16 Ounce 1% small curd cottage cheese
    1 12 ounce can mandarin oranges
    1-small box dry sugar free jello strawberry or your favorite flavor
    1-pint fresh strawberries; washed, stemmed and sliced

Tips

Use all light, sugar free and fresh fruits if possible to obtain the lightest freshest desert.


Directions

Mix together in large bowl all ingredients:
1--8 ounce tub Cool Whip Lite
1--16 Ounce 1% small curd cottage cheese
1 12 ounce can mandarin oranges
1-small box dry sugar free jello strawberry or your favorite flavor
1-pint fresh strawberries; washed, stemmed and sliced
Dish into 1/2 cup cupcake dishes or leave in bowl to serve yourself.
Refrigerate at least 1 hour, but better if over night.
