Ingredients

    To make 1:
    Mozzarella cheese
    Portabella mushroom cap (large)
    Pepperoni
    Parmesan shake cheese

Directions

Take off stem & clean mushroom...olive oil pan & place in 350° oven for 5-10 mins...dry off when cooked add cheese & toppings...turn to broil & cook till cheese is melted the way you like...let cool & enjoy!!!
