Introduction

Easy to make! Great congealed salad with chicken, ham, turkey, pork or served alone. First prepared for holiday but now I prepare it often. My family loves it. Easy to make! Ingredients

    2 small or 1 large pack sugar free raspberry jello
    1 can whole berry cranberry sauce
    1 small can crushed pineapple in own juice
    1 large can mandarin oranges no sugar added
    2 large Red Delicious apples

Tips

nuts can be added if desired


Directions

In a glass oblong dish
Dissolve jello in 1/2 the water recommended on box
Add cranberry sauce and dissolve well
add pineapple (do not drain juice)
add well drained mandarin oranges (I cut in half)
cut apples into tidbits and add
chill & serve

Serving Size: 2 inch square (approx)
