Ingredients


    1 Cup of Shredded Lettuce
    1/8 Cup Diced Tomato
    1/16 Cup Flax Sprouts (or any type of sprouts) for garnish

    1 Cup Pumpkin Seeds
    1 Cup Almonds (or Walnuts)
    1-2 Clove Garlic
    ¼ Cup Sundried Tomatoes (in Oil)
    1/8 Cup Lemon Juice (3 ½ Limes)
    3-4 Tbsp Nutritional Yeast
    1 tsp Sea Salt
    2 Tbsp Red Onion
    ½ Cup Julienned Basil
    1 Tbsp dried Oregano (or other Italian Herbs)
    1 ½ - 2 tsp Nama Shoyu (Tamari or Braggs Amino Acids)

Tips

Store in an air-tight container for 4-5 days in the fridge.


Directions

1) Food process all ingredients (almonds and pumpkin seeds first so they form a powder) until well combined. This should be a thick pate.
2) Serve ¾ Cup on 1 Cup of lettuce, garnish with diced tomato fresh sprouts.
