Introduction

Ingredients

    1 cup basmati brown rice (uncooked)
    3 cups organic vegetable broth (low sodium)
    1 tsp sea salt (optional)
    1/4 cup chopped cilantro
    1-2 garlic clove(s) minced
    2 tsp coconut oil

Directions

Heat coconut oil in medium pot. Saute garlic and rice for about 1-2 minutes (stir constantly). Add broth, sea salt and cilantro. Bring to a boil and reduce heat to a simmer. Cover and simmer until liquid is absorbed (about 20-30 minutes)
