2 med eggs
3/4 cup of water
2 tbs of coconut oil (or butter or 1 of each)
2 tsp of Swerve
1 tsp of cinnamon
dash of vanilla

Directions
mix all the ingredients and pour 1/2- 3/4 cup into waffle maker. Depends on size of waffle maker.
