Introduction

Ingredients

2 packages Ground Turkey (20 oz each)
1 Garlic clove, crushed
1/4 c dehydrated onion (or one small fresh, cut onion)
2 Cans (14.5 oz) Kidney Beans
1 Can (14.5 oz) Great White Northern Beans
1 Can (14.5 oz) Black Beans
1 Can (28 oz) diced tomatoes
1 small can tomato sauce
1-2 cups mild salsa (any kind works, the spicier the salsa, the spicier the chili)
1.5 Tbsp Chili Powder
1 Tbsp Cumin
1/2 C Water
Tips
Substitute any variation of beans, or add additional beans if preferred. Including a can of corn is also optional. Include more spice if desired to turn up the heat.
Directions
Brown ground turkey in a large skillet. Add onion and garlic. Once all ingredients are cooked through, drain and add meat to bottom of crock pot. Drain and rinse beans. Add to crockpot. Add can of undrained tomatoes, salsa, and all seasonings plus the water. Stir well. Cook on low for 4-6 hours, or longer if needed. Stir occasionally. Serve with sour cream and grated cheese if desired and not concerned about fat content.
