Introduction
Brownies have no refined ingredients. When possible organic ingredients were used. Maple Syrup & applesauce replaces refined sugar. High protein soy, almond and Quinoa flour replaces wheat flour. Ingredients

4oz Unsweetened Chocolate
2 TBSP unsalted organic Butter
1/4 cup Unsweetend organic Cocoa Powder
1/4 tsp Himalayan sea salt
3 Organic freerange eggs
2 Organic freerange egg whites
3/4 cup organic unsweetened apple sauce
2 TBSP Grapeseed oil
1tsp Organic vanilla extract
1/3 cup chopped walnuts or peacans
3/4 cup organic maple syrup + 2 TBSP
1/3 cup Organic Quinoa flour (bob's red mill)
1/3 cup Orgainic Soy flour (bob's red mill)
1/3 cup Organic Almond flour or meal
Tips
Test the brownies after 20 min with toothpick - they may look "shiny" but actually be fully cooked. Do not cut until cool.
Directions
Melt Chocolate & butter in double boiler. Wisk in flour, Cocoa powder and salt and oil. Separately beat egg whites, eggs syrup and applesauce vanilla. Off heat blend the choc flour mixture with the egg and syrup mixture. spread in greased 9"/13" baking pan. Sprinkle with walnuts on top. Bake at 350 deg for 20-25 min.
