Ingredients

    1 Pound Loaf French Bread, Diced, Stale
    1 Tablespoon Butter, unsalted, 1 tbsp
    1 Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    1 Cup Carrot, Diced
    1 Cup Celery, Diced
    2 Cups Red Onion, Diced
    1 Tablespoon Garlic, Minced
    2 Cups Unsalted Chicken Stock
    3/4 teaspoon Fresh Rosemary, Finely Chopped
    5.5 ounces Silva Linguica, Sliced

Directions

Heat Butter and Olive oil over low. Add Linguica and cook for 5 minutes. Add carrots and allow to cook another 5 minutes, then add celery and onion, allow to cook for 5 more minutes. Add garlic, cook 2 minutes. Add bread and rosemary. Flip continuously until bread is thoroughly coated with oils. Pour chicken stock over bread and mix until it is evenly distributed. Allow to cook until hot all of the way through.
