    1 cup water
    1/2 cup ice
    1 tablespoon cream
    1 scoop whey protein powder sweetened w stevia
    9 drops liquid vanilla stevia
    3 tablespoons cocoa powder
    2 teaspoons instant coffee
    1 scoop of Knox Osteo Bi Flex Nutri Joint Powder
    3 Tablespoons of Flax USA ground flax seed
    1 teaspoon Glutamine Powder - Body Fortress
    1/2 teaspoon Glucomannan Powder (konjac powder)

Directions

Mix all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
