Introduction
Ham and egg breakfast scramble. Ham and egg breakfast scramble.Number of Servings: 4
Ingredients

2 Tbsp Canola oil
1 1/2 C. Ham (I used left over Christmas ham)
8 lg. Eggs (beaten)
3-4 oz. Water
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Black Pepper
1/4 C. Green onions, chopped
Tips
I set out salsa, hot sauce and sour cream as possible toppings for my family! Enjoy!
Directions
Add oil to a deep frying pan. (Could use a non-stick and spray oil, I'm pretty sure).
Add ham to oil and cook for about 1 minute to heat ham. Add water, salt and pepper to eggs in a mixing bowl, beat roughly for about 20 seconds.
Add egg mixture to ham, and stir frequently until eggs are set, about 6 minutes.
I added my chopped green onion to the top of my scramble, after it was finished cooking and plated.
