Introduction

Bring out the tuna flavor with fresh dill. Bring out the tuna flavor with fresh dill.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 can Tuna packed in water, drained
    2 hard boiled eggs
    1/2 cup diced sweet onion
    1 large carrot
    2 tbsp. fresh dill
    3 tbsp. mayonnaise

Tips

A nice variation on tuna & egg salad.

Can be eaten alone, on lettuce, or made into a sandwich.


Directions

1. Peel hard boiled eggs, and smash them with a potato masher (or fork).
2. Open and drain the can of tuna, and add it to the eggs.
3. Peel a large carrot, and grind it up in a food processor.
4. Dice up 1/2 cup of sweet onion.
5. Cut up 2 tbsp. of fresh dill.
6. Add carrot, onion, and dill to the tuna-egg mixture.
7. Add 3 tbsp. mayonnaise and mix well.

Serving Size: Makes 4 servings
