Ingredients

    Pizza Dough:
    - 0.5 cup water
    - 1.5 cup whole wheat flour
    -1 tbsp olive oil (optional)
    -1/4 oz active dry yeast
    - 1 dash of salt

    Filling:
    - 1 cup, chopped, fresh broccoli
    - 0.5 cup pesto sauce
    - 0.5 cup tuna (canned in water)
    - 1 cup mushrooms, fresh, sliced
    - 2 oz crumbled Feta cheese

Directions

Add the water, salt, olive oil in the bread maker container. Add the flour and the yeast and set the machine on the dough/pizza cycle.
While the dough is rising, cut the mushrooms in thin slices and the broccoli in small pieces.
Preheat your oven to 450°F.
When the dough is ready, transfer the dough to a slightly oiled work surface and roll out to fit your pan. If you like a thin crust add it to you pan right away. For a thicker crust leave it covered with a cloth for about 20-25 minutes.
Add a thin layer of the Pesto sauce on the pizza, and then add your toppings.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-18 minutes and enjoy.
