Ingredients

1/4 cup white rice flour
1/8 tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp sugar
1/8 tsp salt
1 Tbsp butter (cubed)
2 and 1/2 Tbsp 2% milk
Tips
You may want to put under broiler to brown the tops.
Directions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
In medium bowl: Mix flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt. Cut in cubed butter until course mixture. Stir in milk. Kneed until mixed (do not over kneed). Pat out in oblong shape on surface (you may slightly flour if preferred). Cut our 2 biscuits. Ball up left over dough if you like. Place on ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes until done.
