    1 cup Qunioa
    1 TBLS olive oil
    1 pound mushroom, thinly sliced
    5 garlic cloves, crushed
    1/2 tsp dired thyme
    1/2 tsp sea salt
    1/2 tsp ground black pepper
    2 TBLS grated parmesan

Tips
