Ingredients

    1 cup rolled oats
    1/3 cup quinoa
    2 tbsp flaxseed meal
    2 cups water
    2 cups milk
    1/3 cup peanut butter
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1/2 tsp salt

Directions

Spray your slow cooker with cooking spray.
Add everything to the slow cooker and stir together.
Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
