Ingredients

    1/2 cup ground flax meal
    1/4 cup Dr. Bob's Ultra Chocolate Mix (purchase from Dr. Bob's Ultra mix web site)
    1/4 cup unpacked raisins
    2 tbsp dry cocoa powder (natural unsweetened)
    1 tbsp Hemp pro fiber protein powder
    1 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut for baking
    1 tbsp Ground Cinnamon
    1/8 tsp ground cloves
    1/8 tsp ground ginger

    about 1/4 teaspoon coconut oil

    1/4 cup natural unsweetened applesauce
    1/2 cup water.

Tips

Dr Bob's ultra mix is specially formulated by a gastroenterologist who specialized in treatment of Gluten intolerance. Contains foods known to help heal the intestines and maintain a healthy lining for the intestines. Great for breakfast by it's self or with fruit. Great for in between meal snack or even late evening snack.


Directions

Important to use the silicon doyo muffin forms that come with the Dr. Bob's Ultra mix for this to come out properly.
Coat the doyo muffin forms with coconut oil
Mix water and applesauce together and set aside.
Mix all other ingredients except coconut oil in a mixing bowl.
add water and applesauce mixture to the dry mixture and blend well.
put in equal amounts in the doyo form.
Put in micro wave oven on the wood frame that comes with the starter mix and doyo form. micro wave for 3 1/2 minutes. turn upside down on plate, let cool and enjoy.
Must be stored in refrigerator because there are no preservatives in this mix. store up to 3 days in air tight container in refrigerator. can be used instead of bread product at any meal or snack.
