Introduction

This is my favorite smoothie creation I have come up with thus far. Tastes like banana bread to me, and keeps me full longer than any other smoothie in my wheelhouse. Ingredients

    1 frozen banana broken into three pieces
    1/2 cup steel cut oats
    1 Tbs cinnamon (I like a lot)
    1 1/2 cup vanilla almond milk

Tips

If you don't like steel cut oats because of the chew, teeth stick, factor, a friend of mine uses rolled oats


Directions

Place all ingredient sin a blender (I use my Ninja single serve container) and blend for 2 full minutes to get the steel cut oats as ground up as possible. Also, if you are trying to watch calories, use unsweetened almond milk or any milk of your choice.

Serving Size: Makes one smoothie
