Introduction

This cold salad is wonderfull for summer picnics. This cold salad is wonderfull for summer picnics.

Ingredients

    3 green onions, sliced
    1/4 cup craisins
    1 cup canned mandarin oranges
    3 tbsp toasted sliced almonds
    1 cup uncooked quinoa
    juice of one lemon




Tips

Before cooking, rinse quinoa in water until water runs clear. This dish will taste bitter if you don't. Salad gets better when it is allowed to sit a while.


Directions

Cook quinoa, follow directions printed on bag.
