Ingredients

2 cups zucchini (can use asparagus, mushrooms or any other vegetable)
1 onion diced
2 tbs cream cheese
1 -2 cups or more of chicken broth depending on how thick you like your soup
Tips
I added garlic salt while sauté-ing.
Directions
Saute vegetable of choice with diced onions
Pour into blender - I used a Vitamix
add 2 tbs of cream cheese
and slowly pour in 1 - 2 cups of chicken broth
pulse blend for 30 seconds to a minute dependent upon how chunky you like your soup
Serving Size: makes 3 1 cup servings
