Ingredients

    Bush's, Black Beans, 1.5 cup
    Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 1 large
    Oroweat Health-full Nutty Grain Bread, 1 slice
    *Onion - Yellow - 1/4 Cup, 1 serving
    Garlic powder, 1 tsp
    Garlic powder, 1.5 tsp

Directions

Mix one 14.5-ounce can of black beans with an egg and a 1/2 cup of breadcrumbs. Add 1/4 cup chopped onion, a teaspoon of garlic powder and 1 1/2 teaspoons of cumin. Pulse in the food processor, then form into four patties. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes (flipping halfway through) or saute in a skillet over medium-high heat until crispy on the outside.
