Ingredients

    Onions, raw, 4 cup, chopped
    Celery, raw, 2 stalk, large (11"-12" long)
    Coconut Oil, 3 1tsp
    Garlic, 2 clove
    Yves Ground Soya 1 package, 908 gram(s) 2 lbs
    1 Med. Green Bell Pepper, 1 serving
    *Chili seasoning mix (PC), 10 gram(s) 2 pkgs
    2 cans of diced tomatoes
    1 can tomato paste
    1 can navy beans drained and rinsed
    1 can red kidney beans drained and rinsed
    3 can black beans drained and rinsed
    2 Bay leaves
    Add extra Cumin to taste
    Add extra Chilli pepper to taste

Tips

Add chilli to taste, I always add chilli and more cumin to this recipe
Tastes better the 2nd day, works well in slow cooker


Directions

Sauté onions, garlic, celery, carrots in coconut oil 5 minutes or so,add Ground soya, sauté for a few more minutes
Add Canned tomatoes and paste and seasonings
Add drained and rinsed beans
