Ingredients

    3 Bananas
    2 Eggs
    1 tsp Baking Soda
    1/2 tsp Salt
    1/2 c. Organic Cane Sugar
    1/2 c. Organic Light Brown Sugar
    1 tsp. Vanilla
    1/2 c. Greek Yogurt
    1/2 c. walnuts chopped
    2 c. Minus 2 tablespoons Unbleached white or Wheat flour

    Sift together dry ingredients, blend wet together and then slowly add the two together. once combined pour into greased loaf pan and bake.

Tips

You can use vanilla flavored greek yogurt and cut the sugar.


Directions

Bake at 350 for 60-65 min

Serving Size: cut loaf into 14 slices or make into muffins
