Ingredients

    Macaroni, enriched, 3 cup elbow shaped
    Cheddar Cheese, 16 oz
    Velvetta, 8 oz
    Flour, white, .25 cup
    2 cups milk 2%
    Sour Cream, 1 cup

Directions

cook macaroni and set aside
in a medium sauce pan add milk and flour stir till flour is dissolved, then add all the cheeses and melt till creamy, salt and pepper to taste. pour over the macaroni and and then add sour cream and blend well. bake 400 degree for 60 mins. take out of oven let rest for half hour
