    GOYA Chick Peas (Garbonzo Beans), 1.75 cup (remove)
    Red Onion Raw (1/4 cup, 40g or 1.4oz), 0.25 cup (remove)
    Zucchini, 0.5 cup, mashed (remove)
    Cilantro, dried, 3 tbsp (remove)
    (C) Vinegar, Red Wine (Gr Value), 3 tbsp (remove)
    Texas Pete's Hot Sauce, 3 tsp (remove)
    Peanut Butter, smooth style, with salt, 2 tbsp (remove)
    *Cumin seed, 1 tsp (remove)
    Garlic powder, 2 tsp (remove)
    Salt, .5 tsp (remove)
    *Quaker Oats - Quick 1 Minute - Dry, 1 cup (remove)
    Olive Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)

Tips

Serve with guacamole on top or salsa for more kick!


Directions

Add all ingredients to a bowl. Combine by hand. Heat in pan or on grill, roughly 5 minutes each side.
